Who: Leon, Giovanni
What: BLACKY'S MURDER COMMISSION
Where: The docks by Smashville Avenue
When: Midnight-ish, November 5th
Warnings: DEF. not really.
This outfit.
The outfit for the operation.
It was lovely! It fit so perfect. If Leon didn't have an operation to pull tonight, he would lounge around his dorm all day just wearing this outfit. But alas.
Disguising himself was something he normally didn't do in these situations. Back in Lylat, whenever he had to kill someone, he just did it and everyone knew he did it. It's how he got his reputation. But part of why he made several returns to Final Destination was because he DIDN'T have that kind of reputation here. He was able to live a moderately normal life. If he lost that, where would he have left to go for peace of mind-type of living? So of course he overdid his look with a pair of scissors, a razor, and black temp hair dye for a start. Or maybe there were other reasons behind this change because people are going to wonder about it when they see him the next day- but he wasn't thinking about that right now.
It was a large, common warehouse by the docks. Quiet, cluttered, common. The river reflected the moon high above. Leon glanced up on occasion as he waited at the doorway, knife clipped to the backside of his belt, a realistic pokeball in his hand. All he could do now was hope his target takes the bait, but for a Flygon, he probably would. He didn't even think much else about him.
yet.
As for Giovanni himself, a rocket grunt is waiting for him at the docks. With a special delivery.

Yeah, this wasn't sketchy at all.
Giovanni approached the warehouse, Emmet and Sergio flanking him, and he took on drag on his cigarette. He didn't like this idea in the least, but he needed to see what was going on for himself. Taking his free hand, he checked the weapons under his light leather jacket, and confirmed they were ready, in case something went down this chill November night.
"Sense anything?" He asked, smoke and breath both exhaled in visible form, moonlight illuminating it. The two sniffed the air as they looked around, and Emmet made a low growl as he thought he spotted a figure at the entrance of the warehouse. His owner glanced towards the spot, and frowned. It certainly seemed that there was someone there, and as he approached carefully, confirmed it.
He stopped a good 25 or so yards from the figure, the light making him more visible than he wanted. He then waited for the stranger to speak first.

It was a little too strange, but Giovanni came all the way out here, and all he had to do was make this quick if he could only step away from the light...
no subject
"Who are you." Less a question, more a demand of an answer, and Emmet growled beside him.
no subject
"Special Delivery."
no subject
"From whom?" He glared at Leon, watching him carefully, daring him to try something.
no subject
So either he comes for it or not. And Leon will decide what to do afterwards.
no subject
He motioned the lizard-man forward, "Come closer." He wanted to see that symbol better.

At about one yard away from his target, Leon tossed the Pokeball aside and whipped out a knife.
And he dashed in for an attack.
no subject
Finishing his sentence, he went to sweep the man's legs out from under him, going for the back of the knees.
no subject
Not that his current strategy was good. Leon had to flip forward to dodge Giovanni's foot, and when he landed on his own two feet, he gave his dagger a good swing towards his target.
didn't totally spell something wrong in that last one, I totally didn't
He blocked the dagger with his knife, the dagger vibrating down the ridges as it glinted off it. There was the opening, and he went for Leon's gut with the hilt of the blade.
Re: didn't totally spell something wrong in that last one, I totally didn't
Leon backed up as he clutched his stomach with his free hand. He needed a new strategy now, and quickly!
no subject
"Emmet, Thunder."
He placed his hands behind his back, gesturing to the left with a finger. It would be a deliberate miss, not meant to maim, but to frighten.
no subject
Okay that wasn't cool, bro. Or funny. Leon pulled out the blaster pistol from his belt and started firing at Giovanni. Sure, the blaster is a cheap Cornerian military device that makes with the cheap pew-pew lasers which only do real damage if shot fifty times in succession, but hey! anything to knock him down!
hp 499/500 except no
Except he really IS Mew's husband. or wife.
He really could have considered an easier method such as poison, but he was so excited to be a showoff.
Leon bailed in favor of higher ground. Once he reached the summit of large stacked crates, he eyed the general area in which his target was hiding at.
asdfg I think the answer is yes. He is both.
Re: asdfg I think the answer is yes. He is both.
Leon's intention was to land on top of the crate Gio was hiding behind and get this mission over with once and for all!
This mission was very challenging, but his image is on the line. This is going to be his first success in several years!

Once Leon landed on the crate, he was actively scanning the area, knife in hand, but he also had to watch out for those two creatures as well...
POOF like a ninja except not so much
Giovanni Raphael Douchebag MorettiLearn it well.In the commotion, Giovanni had ducked into the warehouse, and lurked in the shadows inside, silent, and grateful for his love of black suits. Sergio and Emmet growled at the 'rocket', and surrounded him, except for that exit into the warehouse...Now to just lure him in...
Re: POOF like a ninja except not so much
I THOUGHT IT WAS THONGBEAST! I WAS LIED TOLeon thought at this point he pretty much had to do away with the guy's Pokemon to get through to his target.
Unfortunately, there was a slight detail in Blacky's reasoning to hire him. He killed Pokemon, right?
It would cause some bizarre problems if he offed any Pokemon to kill a guy for supposedly killing Pokemon. Not that he would care, but he might regret it if they started talking again one day.
He fired a few rounds of the blaster at Sergio and Emmet to at least stun them (if he knew their names, he would fall in love with them) while at the same time, backing up into the warehouse.

GIOVANNI RAPHAEL DOUCHEBAG THONGBEAST MORETTINot that the blaster did much, the shots not even making them flinch. They just herded him into the warehouse, blocking the doorway. Their owner snuck closer in the darkness, creeping behind boxes, remaining as quite as he could...

AFTER TONIGHT THAT IS A NAME LEON WILL NEVER FORGETYep. These guys were definitely stronger than Leon assumed.
It looks like he's gonna have to do some damage, and thus, he whipped out his dagger in front of him as he backed up a few more paces.

Leon had to scramble around to dodge those falling rocks!
Some did hit his limbs, however, knocking the knife right off his hand!
Where is that guy hiding now? Oh fuck, he can't search now another rock just hit his foot! Fucking ow!
Fuck!

Fuck!

In other words, he ignored his complaint.

And then smiled.
"It's quite sad that I actually have to off such a well-presented man."
no subject
"Pardon?"
Was this merely a stalling tactic?
no subject
Well... fuck.
no subject
Leon are you wanting to be punched, only Raikov gets away with crap like that. He leaned in closer, glaring at the man.
"You're assuming a bit much, aren't you?"
no subject
This was actually too good to pass up. Leon leaned forward himself and kissed the man right in the lips for a good deep moment.
And then he knee-kicked him in the crotch.
The lizard then scurried over to the top of a nearby crate and let out a maniacal cackle.
1/?
What the hell?!
2/2?
Giovanni grunted, falling to his knees from the pain, trying not to make more noise and expose exactly how much that hurt. The assassin was paying for that!
"Sergio, Shadow Claw!"

Raikov says "make a uniform for me!"no subject
BUT OF COURSE!so not here
No Raikov you can't join Team Rocket I must protect you from my pastno subject
"Which one is Serg-" Leon was cut off by his own screaming as he felt being gashed at the the hip.
He fell off the crate and on his back.
no subject
"This is Sergio." Giovanni said, strolling over calmly and patting the Nidoking on the head. He placed his foot on Leon's chest, pushing down slightly. "Now, give me a good reason I shouldn't leave you here to die."

A lie. And one he didn't feel bad about.
no subject
Leon was trying to sit up now that his target was off him. It was a struggle, quite.
But he still smiled after that.
"Everything will be just fine with a first-aid kit, so unless your tight-ass is going to take me to the emergency room, you should just either take your empty pokeball and skidaddle or off me right here and now."
no subject
"Then pass from this world a failure. Sergio, Doublekick (http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Double_Kick_(move))." And the Nidoking launched the attacks at the lizard's face.

It was good knowing you, sweet Italian prince. The assassin was now laying back on the ground out cold. And bleeding, but it's just a flesh wound.
no subject
Now cracks a noble heart. Good-night, sweet prince; And flights of angels sing thee to thy rest. Not that the blood made it look like a flesh wound. In fact, it looked a bit fatal with that head injury. And so, satisfied his life was no longer in danger for the moment, he left the docks, ground-types in tow. Let the common folk handle it, it didn't concern him anymore.
And surprisingly, this encounter didn't weigh on his conscience in the least.
