Isaac coughed a couple times, holding his arms and rubbing them fervently. It was cold and he had just recently caught an illness. Truly, it upset him because today was supposed to be the day of a magical celebration, one he had never heard of back in Vale. This year would have been his first year celebrating 'Halloween', but it had to be ruined because he was sick.
So, rather than spread his infection to other festival goers, he ran to the back of the school and stood a little off campus, staring into the star-studded sky fearlessly.
He really had missed the point of Halloween, not knowing that this festival was one to rile chills through his body and so he stepped courageously, with little thought as to what paranormal anomaly might have been following him.
The Adept sighed and he pouted, thinking about whether or not he should be a little selfish and head back to the hub of holiday activity.
Behind the school -- late night.
