Bowser was feeling like a dick today.

Well alright he felt like that most days.

But anyway, he felt like a dick today. So he felt like making his students be dicks to each other. And what better way to do that than draw up fake class distinctions and force students to adhere to them in a traditional and strict manner?

He glared out over at his students. "Today we're going to put into practice some of the things we've been learning in class over the last few months just pretend I was good about posting logs for these sorts of things and your character learned something in this class other than how to eat lunch. As you know, there's an appropriate response to those who are above your station in life. In this classroom, you're all lowly students and I am your instructor, therefore you are required by tradition and good manners to treat me with deference and respect. I am also a king, so even if I weren't your teacher you'd be required to treat me with deference and respect. But this isn't about me today, it's about you. Oh sure, some of you in here may be royalty of some sort, but this school is a rather egalitarian place, with princesses mingling with common day laborers such as plumbers. I'm here to tell you that the real world isn't so equal, it's full of disparity – those born into or who have seized power, and the common rabble. It's very important that the lower orders show respect to upper orders, and that the upper orders boss around whoever they can get their hands on. So today, you're all going to be given little cards and on the little cards it will give you a profession or title of some sort. You will then have to interact with each other and find someone lower than yourself and boss them around. I'll walk around and make sure you're bossing around sufficiently well, and gleefully accepting the orders of your betters, depending. Plumber is, by the way, the lowest profession and will have to accept anyone's orders."
