"Oh!" the Adept's teeth shot through a grin. "No, I'm fine! Really, Pit. Psynergy just takes a bit of energy, just like how any kind of physical activity does. Give me a minute, I'll be okay~" Which was true. Psynergy was a bit fatiguing at times and, though Isaac could force himself to go all the way in a serious battle, he was grateful to Pit for giving him the break.
Now, Isaac was fascinated by Pit and the angel's powers had been the subject of the Adept's questions once before. He never quite understood what Pit had meant: the closest thing to power-bestowing items in his world were things like Catch Beads or Cloak Balls, but the Adept was well aware that items mightn't have worked in the same way in Angel Land.
When Pit had introduced his weapon, Isaac's ocean eyes immediately fixated on the unusually shaped weapon. He hadn't noticed it before since, at first glance, it did look like a bow. Certainly, though, it was beautiful. But when Pit pulled the two pieces apart and began to demonstrate its range of motion, Isaac was hooked.
"Woah!" he whispered beside himself in pure amazement. "That's...really the most amazing thing I've seen..." Because no weapon in Weyard had that kind of construction: it was truly unique.
"And...and look at how you use them! You make it look so easy!" Surely Isaac knew for he had tried to spin his blade once or twice before, but it's unweildy design only resulted in numerous, painful failures.
Silently, the Adept scanned Pit's fingers. Unhindered by conversation, he could carefully watch and analyze the angel's motions. And, wow, his fingers were fantastic, so lithe and adroit. No Psynergy of any element could recreate that kind of skill.
