I'm Gonna Tear Your Ass In Two - Call Me a Devil Machine Will You!?
Characters: Smithy and Shinon
What: Smithy confronts Shinon about what he's said abouttwo particular students two particular students and most of the sub-humans too
When: July 15th, afternoon
Where: Outside in a secluded but open area.
Oh, that was just great. Another hardass in the school. And he hadn't even been able to properly greet this douche. It didn't take much hunting before he realized that this 'Shinon' person was a lot more trouble than he was worth dealing with - but at the same time, he was watching out for two particular students as they accepted him in return. It was the least he could do.
Dammit why was he going soft. It was against everything he had been working for. It made no sense.
Needless to say, he had to find this person. Knowing that the teacher was an archer, Smithy decided to search the outside for him. Since this one seemed to probably know how hated he was by many, he guessed that Shinon would likely be hiding in a secluded place.
Well, he would just have to look until he found him.

The red-headed mercenary dropped his knife and blew wood chippings off the beginnings of what would become a bow. He leaned back against a tree and gazed through at the sky. Though the school seemed to be crawling with disruptive, irritating students (and faculty, for that matter), he didn't mind being outside so much. It was kind of similar to being at home, to say the least.

And - aha! Catch sight he did! He felt it was best to stay hidden in the bushes for now, however - for some reason he decided that he would observe this human for a while.
... A minute passed and he had had enough. He came out of the bushes, and began walking slowly towards the man, clearing his throat and beginning to speak. "You are Shinon, are you not?" he said in his usual gruff voice.

"Yeah, so you've heard. What, am I getting to be famous around here?" Shinon smirked, but he was sure it was for his attitude. People didn't seem to like it...

"But the way you treat a few of the students, I will not tolerate. You attempted to break the mind of a 12-year old girl by trying to force your beliefs onto her, and you won't even give Pit the time of day when he looks up to you like an idol. This is unacceptable!" Of course, Smithy was overreacting. But he was a hothead, and he was prone to it. At the very least, his issue with what Shinon said to Ribbon was cause enough for him to get pissed off.

"...What the fuck are you going off about, you tin can? I didn't do anything wrong around here, especially not to angel boy or any 12-year-old girl. I have not a clue what you're talking about," Shinon spat. He placed a palm on the trunk of the tree behind him and pushed himself to his feet, leaving his unfinished bow on the ground.

He continued walking towards Shinon. "And don't play stupid with me about Pit. You talk down to the kid and treat him like he's nothing more than an annoying pest. In fact, while I believe people should be taught things the hard way, one thing I cannot accept are direct insults to the students!" Oh, he was getting closer now. Angrier and angrier he was becoming.

"Now, now, look here. I didn't mean any harm. Just trying to give the kid some advice." His face remained serious and his hand was ready to whip out an arrow from the quiver on his back.
"Say, why don't you keep to your own business and stop messing around with theirs? If you so believe that people should be taught things the hard way, then why don't you leave them to their own battles?"

He slammed the ground with the hammer he held in his right hand. "If what I say won't do it, perhaps I'll show you what over half the school wants to do to you right about now! If I have to, it'll be me that teaches you a lesson!"

Shinon spun around and sprinted a good distance from the mechanical being. Even though his Double Bow was capable of shooting close range, no way did he want to be close to that hammer that Smithy weilded. "Hah, so you want to show me what the school wants to say about me? Looks like they picked the wrong guy to get the job done right." He paused. "Or piece of junk. Whatever you are."

He aimed his left hand at Shinon, and it acted like a machinegun - multiple black balls shot out at high velocities from each of them.
no subject
"Sorry to sound cliché, but is that the best you can do?"
no subject
Thankfully, he didn't have to be transformed to use this move. He rose his hands into the air, and a bunch of multicolored stars and starbits rained down above Shinon, on and around him.
If he was that fast, it was likely he could dodge around it, but Smithy was testing him at this point.

"You're underestimating me, trash can." Another smirk.
