A day on the town! The exciting adventures of... tea and books?!
Characters: Lugia, Weavile
What: The two faculty members hang out.
When: June 13th
Where: Teacher's dorms, then downtown FDC
Rating: PG
Looking out his window, Weavile had decided that it was perfect weather for a trip downtown. The sun was brightly shining yet there was a nice, cool breeze. Perhaps he'd hit up a few bookstores. Maybe even get a cup of tea while he was there. Yes, that sounded very relaxing.
As he exited his dorm, he glanced a few doors down. Hm, hadn't Lugia mentioned spending some time together? Weavile paused, thinking for a moment. A small smile grew on his lips as he approached TD-21. He gave the door a quick knock and quietly waited.

He gave the door a quick knock and quietly waited.

for the hundredth timewhen he heard a knock come from the door."Wait a moment, please!" He called out as he got up from where he sat. When he opened the door, he blinked in surprise to see Weavile standing in the hallway.
"My, what a pleasant surprise!" Lugia greeted with a smile. Unusually, Lugia had forgotten all about talking about spending time with the sharpclaw pokemon from once upon a time until then. "Oh, I believe an outing with you has been long delayed! It is a nice day out, were you planning to go about the town today? If you do not mind, I would like to accompany you."
Lugia, sometimes you talk a little too much.

A light chuckle escaped his lips. "Yes, that was exactly my intention. And I would greatly enjoy your company, thank you."
"I was thinking perhaps stopping by a book store or two and maybe getting a cup of tea," Weavile replied. "Does that sound alright to you?"
no subject
"That is an excellent plan!" Lugia replied, smiling cheerfully. "Ah, excuse me for a moment, I shall prepare myself to leave."
With that said, Lugia momentarily disappeared behind his door and reappeared after a small moment in a more presentable fashion.
"This is a very pleasant timing! I was hoping to visit some book stores to acquire a few new texts to read!" The silver legendary said cheerfully.

"I'm glad I caught you at such an opportune moment then," he chuckled. "I figured you would enjoy such an outing, so I decided to ask. I'm glad that I did."
When Lugia mentioned new books, Weavile hm-ed in agreement. "Are you looking for anything in particular?"
no subject
Lugia blinked a few times, realizing that he was talking way too much about himself and cleared his voice to give a pause for himself.
"Is there a specific text that you are searching for?"
no subject
"No, not particularly," he answered. "I suppose I was just going to search until something caught my interest." Smiling, he added, "But if you're interested in mystery novels, perhaps I can suggest a few. Unless, of course, we've already read all of the same books."
no subject
He couldn't help it though; being surrounded by books always gave him so much to do!
"Or perhaps we may even end up finding something in a different genre!"
no subject
"I can understand. I too have spent quite a few afternoons just browsing my way through bookstores. Sometimes I find something new, sometimes not. It's always exciting regardless."
They had finally reached downtown. "Well then," he glanced around, "Where shall we begin?"
