Cyrus was waiting for some time before the appointed hour, staring out over the water as he had done at the three lakes of Sinnoh. There were rumors of a fourth, but there was no corresponding spirit, so it was useless to him.
When people started to arrive, he paid them no mind. They would speak to him if they wished.
A few minutes later, he faced them, taking stock of who had come.
