Those glassy, lifeless eyes were indeed creepy. They lacked any sort of emotion, as compared to the fierceness of Byrne's sharp yellow eyes. Byrne probably glared harder just to make up for the lack of emotion that ROB displayed.

There was technically nothing wrong with what ROB was proposing, but Byrne really couldn't trust that robot.
