What could have possibly pulled two such devoted students away from their intinsive swimming sessions for a day of leisure and relaxation instead? Nothing, normally. It was supposed to be a quick stop into the plaza to check out food options and possible souvenirs before getting right back to work. The last thing Kiyotaka was expecting was to be cheerfully escorted into and shot out of a cannon to land in front of some amusement park. That's what they got for trying to ask the wrong local for directions...

But since they were here, there was no harm in spending the day at the amusement park anyway. It looked fun and not haunted like the last one they'd been to, and Kiyotaka's muscles were kind of aching from overworking them anyway. Taking the rest of the day off wouldn't hurt. And really, he wasn't in any hurry to find out if cannons were also the only way to get back to the plaza.

"I haven't really been on any rides like these," he confessed, as they stood by the entrance. The groups that bustled on by them on either side seemed to consist of families with hyperactive children or lovey-dovey couples holding hands. There were quite a few of those... Was this a date spot?

Were they on a date? That would be a stupid thing to ask. It wasn't like they'd planned this out. This was just being together and doing something fun while happening to be in a relationship. Probably.

He cleared his throat, turning his attention back to the rides. "So if you have any experience, let's hear it! What's the best place to start?"
