Ike stood completely still for a moment. That was obviously a roundabout way of accepting the offer, he supposed, but it why did it need to be? He shook his head. It didn't matter.

Taking a step forward, Ike swallowed and locked eyes with hers. Kissing wasn't his strong suit, even if it was to rescue somebody. He could do it with a straight face, but that didn't mean that it didn't embarrass him.
