Now that was funny. The last thing he had been expecting was for him to freeze up. Mondo stood still but not stock-still for a few more beats to assess whether or not he was going to move or say something, except he never did. Distance between them made it only a little harder to pick out faint details than it would if he were up close, but it was easy enough to see that he almost looked... scared. Stricken was probably a better word. He glanced around at his sides and behind him, wondering if there was something he was staring at besides him. There wasn't, really.
