Water was a safe choice, wasn't it? Henry went to get some on his own, not entirely sure how to ask someone else to do something for him. That wasn't really how he worked when he was up against an unpleasant stimulus, so he tried to solve it on his own once the two of them navigated to the table.

So rather than being able to drink water and move on with his life, he took only just a bit of a sip before sneezing the soda everywhere, the carbonation taking him by surprise. Probably all over himself, and on Eirika too. His eyes widened.
