[Oh... Pulse felt like kicking himself. All this time he spent preparing to attend the Academy, he had been focused on learning about the unusual pokemon creatures which lived in the area... He didn't think once about learning about the crime rate, political climate, or what have you. After all, he had just recently brought peace to the world he originated from. He didn't think he would be thrown back into a volatile situation so soon; he had come here for what he believed to be just a prolonged study break.
