The utter shadiness of this match did nothing to put a damper on Char's spirits -- this wasn't even the first time he'd gotten his claws into a maybe-not-so-above-board fight ring. All he really gave a shit about was the fact that he had a fight, plain and simple.

He was ready to go the second he set foot in the ring -- every part of his body language broadcasted the fact. There wasn't going to be much room for flight, but his wings gave an excited little ripple anyway, the flame on the end of his tail ramping up a few degrees in eager anticipation. No point in words, the message was already obvious: bring it on.
