Chili wandered off for a while. He'd been spending a lot of time cooped up in his dorm lately or wandering about quietly. Most of this time was spent with his brother, Cress.

Sometimes a guy's gotta get away from it, though! Cress had been awful clingy lately, after the event... Chili didn't want to think about it, but it continuously forced its way into his psyche. But he had to seek his alone-time occasionally, and now was one of those moments. He had a lot to think about. Death was weird. And painful. And it made you think a lot about things.

The forest was his location of choice. Just as he was about to send out Pansear, he thought he'd heard a noise. Was someone else there...? He gulped; he couldn't shake the feeling that maybe, just maybe, being at this school meant being in over his head.

"...Is someone there?"
