Kumatora felt restless. Perhaps it was hitting her that she was about to finish high school. She couldn't believe it had been that long already. She didn't have to leave, since there was always college, but now she had that harrowing little thought in the back of her head that someday she would have to go out and be an adult.
When things bothered Kumatora, her first instinct was to punch them. But you can't exactly punch a thought, so a surrogate would have to do for now. Hence, here she was, in the stadium, staring down the sandbag and cracking her knuckles in preparation for the coming beatdown.
"Okay, bag, just you and me right now. Better say your prayers!"
