Treasure Hunt Club!

Who?: Knuckles, Goombella, Staff Co-ordinator Brock and members. Plus some angry NPCs and a very shiny thing.
Where?: It's Donkey Kong Country! 
When?: It's Friday afternoon!
What?: It's treasure hunt club. So. Treasure hunting.
Warnings?: Here be brigands. 



 

One Warp pipe trip later, the Treasure Hunt Club found themselves on the lush hillside overlooking tuquoise seas and underneath an imposing mountain view.

"Welcome to Treasure Hunt club!" Knuckles announced, waving to everyone. "I hope you bought your hiking boots because this isn't terrain for the unsure of foot!

We're here in the Kongo Jungle to look for treasures hidden in the dark undergrowth and caverns. While I hear the main draw to this place is it's fresh fruit - particularly bananas - I hear there are also other things to be found. " He flipped over some notes. "...Golden animal tokens, golden letters and... crates with Rhinos in them. Huh. Anyway."

He pointed to some birds in the sky. "As you can see, there's a lot of wildlife here, so, be careful. From what I hear it's all pretty chill so long as you don't disturb it. I hear there are a lot of Gorillas and Apes living here too and they're a friendly bunch. A couple of former students came from here."

He put away his pad. "As usual, we've provided loot bags and torches. Try to stay close to the main group."

(OOC: So, this time around we've got something of a plot - A group of Kremlins will be found down in the cave area. If you want to have your dudes tussle with some big bad Crocodiles, feel free to brng them on down! There will be a surprise treasure at the end.)
