Raikov could see that his lover was dying... yet he kept fighting. Why? He didn't want to lose Yevgeny again. He refused to. This was the only place where he could live the life he wanted to with Yevgeny and he wasn't about to let that end.

The smaller Russian quickly returned to his feet and began racing towards the other, shouting out to him,

"YEVGENY!"
