Ever since Lash's cypher rhombas started exploding and malfunctioning he hasn't been able to slack off quite as much lately but Raiden can still be found in almost any areas that would necessitate a janitor's presence. Mopping, cleaning, moving boxes, refilling supplies... probably jamming out to something unknowingly 4th-wall breaking on his iPod (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d4akxDMoBQs). Gamera, his Squirtle, probably isn't far from him.
If not then he [and Gamera] might also be found chillin' in TD-03, likely brooding about the recent kidnapping shenanigans, distracting himself with computar or video games, or lounging around in his unmentionables while talking to LADY FRIENDS on the phone. He likes to keep his door locked but once in a while he might, just might, misfire on that.
