Erika shook her head. "You have nothing to apologize for." She glanced up at him with a bit of worry at his sputtering, not outright reminding him to be careful with the hot liquid but... well the tea had done a good job of that.

Once she was sure that he was in fact alright, she continued on a bit. "I could have said something earlier but... with as often as we got to see each other before now, I was certain there must have been others you were interested in."
