Jeff opened his mouth to defiantly reply, "No, of course not," but stopped. There were so many things he hadn't believed before, and yet after coming to the school, his whole set of beliefs had been flipped upside down. Living proof of that was sitting on the floor next to him.

So instead, he shrugged and grabbed some more string. "I don't know. I guess we'll just have to try them out to see for sure."

With a shake of his head, he decided not to obsess about it. "Anyway, next you take some string and wrap it around the circle in a spiderweb shape. It doesn't matter how many times you do it or in what direction. That's what makes each dream catcher unique," he started wrapping the string around his circle. "If you want, you can add beads to it too."
