Mac was distracted from the effect of the last hit and got hit himself. Dang, Falcon hits hard, he realized. He took steps back himself. Kinda ashamed that he got distracted. The last thing he wanted was for Falcon to think he was all swinging and running into things headfirst but let's face it, he does that a lot anyway even when he's not fighting.
