Who: Falcon, Olimar
What: It's Ollie's BIRFDAY.
Where: Mute City, then that convenient beach.
When: Tuesday, October 21st, evening.
Rating: PG-13 for the LJ portion of this log. R+ for the Tegaki bit.

Falcon wasn't wearing his sunglasses.

In fact, his face was strangely devoid of any kind of concealing article.

This made him extremely uncomfortable.

In just a few moments he would step out into a bustling metropolis and hope that no one would recognize him. It was an incredibly logical idea, really. Falcon made sure that whenever he was in Mute City he was only seen in his trademark racing gear, if he was seen at all. Take away the costume and in theory, he would be completely anonymous and do whatever the hell he wanted, without having to worry about cameras or reporters or...well. He tried not to think about what would happen if any of his enemies found him.

Besides, it was Ollie's birthday. And if this meant that they could potentially go on a date, an actual date, without the pressures of school or spouses or people who knew them...Falcon would take that opportunity, if only for the other captain's sake. So he would spend an entire night hiding...by not hiding. It was nerve-wracking, but he'd do it.

Truthfully, at the moment there was nothing that would even equate him to the racing superstar. Still, he anxiously fiddled with the sleeve of his black leather jacket and nervously pushed his bangs in front of his eyes as if the scar would give him away. Ollie, however, seemed to be incredibly excited about going out for his birthday, and Falcon really couldn't blame him.

They slipped out of his batcave base of operations completely unnoticed and made their way out into the city. He hadn't been out in public without the helmet or the sunglasses in years, and the apprehension was evident on his face but he tried to rid himself of it as he turned to Ollie.

"All right. Where to?"
