And thus, a new adventure
Who: Sophie and YOU
What: A strange girl in the field...huh.
Where: The courtyard
When: Ehhhh, after 4th Wall.
Warnings: Sophie is weird.
It was a warm day. Very warm. Maybe you were out and about.
Courtyard, maybe?
Wow, if you went there, there were so many flowers. All were in bloom.
But there was something odd. There was a presence.
Should you investigate?

This girl was never here before. She looked at peace.
Should you wake her?

His journey through this new world had lead him to many areas. His efforts to gander while never slowing down was an art, but he still had his slip ups. This time the overwhelming display of flowers had his nerves settled, prompting his feet to a crawl and finally a complete stop.
If there was one thing he enjoyed the most besides stroking his own ego from time to time, eating a fresh chili dog, or racing the cycles of the universe, it was the fascinating beauty of the natural (Ignoring how unnatural this world felt) and watching it simply exist. He couldn't ask for a better sight, but he would always ask for more. It was never the same experience twice.
As it would turn out, venturing into the field would prove the same theory. The quirky blue hedgehog stood over the girl in considerate silence, at first with his arms hung at his sides, then with his hands on his knees. He leaned in to get a closer look at her, wondering if he should wake her up. Maybe something was wrong... but she looked peaceful, as if she had grown here with the flowers herself.
He reached his gloved hand down to her shoulder, hesitating for only a moment, and then gave her a light shake.
"Uhm, hey...?"

She doesn't look startled at the blue hedgehog. One might think he was a monster. But he wasn't attacking her...he was just there. It didn't bother Sophie at all. Although she did give a slight tilt of the head, as if confused to what she's seeing before she looked around.
She's unsure of what to say...got anything else?

Either way, he seemed to grasp her expression in line with her reaction, and number of questions that had been queued up stepped out of line.
Sonic offered a smile and decided it was better to say something than leave the mysterious girl hanging. It wouldn't hurt to be friendly to a stranger. After all, she seemed to be alright...
"You picked a nice place for a nap," he said, standing up straight only to slack on his posture. His left ear flittered as he got a look around, as if he had to see it all for her and was enjoying the task.

"Yes. I think I did..."
Because well, she didn't KNOW how she got here...
Okay let's DO THIS again.
He started by coming back down to her level, taking a seat amidst the flowers, which didn't seem like a bad idea now that he was doing it. How quaint they were.
"What's your name?" He asked, voice a low, steady tone.

As I go out of town. MY TIMING.

That's odd. she thought to herself as she approached the sleeping figure. Did she need help? Or was she just relaxing in such a care free manner?
"Excuse me miss? Are you well?" Shara called out after approaching the girl.
no subject
She does answer to Shara immediately upon awakening.
"Am I...well?"

"I was only sleeping."
...
"...It's pretty here."
no subject
"I see, that's fine then. I was simply curious."
She looked around at the area and nodded before turning back to the girl.
"It is a nice location indeed. I can see how someone could simply relax and let themselves go here. It's rather peaceful."

Ai paused, turned slightly on her heel, found a spot next to the sleeping girl, and laid down next to her. She double checked her pose, attempting to mimic it perfectly. With a quiet sigh, Ai shut her eyes. It was rather comfortable on the plush grass of the courtyard, and the scent of the flowers was very pleasant.

Her hair looked like hers...She was maybe just a little smaller. She looked so peaceful as well.
Maybe it was good that she slept...no. Sophie actually got up and walked around the area of flowers. As if waiting for Ai to shuffle awake.
no subject
"Hello," was all she said, shifting her body slightly to face the other girl.
no subject
Sophie responded and took a a closer look at Ai. Sophie tugged her pigtails, as if showing Ai her hair.
"Yours looks like mine."
They do look...a little similar? It was enough to make Sophie curious.
SOB... HI...
She nodded, smiling.
"I don't know many people with purple hair," she replied, calmly. "Purple is my favorite color."

What was surprising -- to Kieran, at least -- was that he wasn't the only one who wanted to pay a visit to his floral brethren. What a peculiar-looking spirit! What was she doing out here? Maybe she was a nature spirit. Kieran boldly trotted his way over, giving Sophie a curious nudge with that big deer nose of his.
no subject
All she knew was that she liked it. And the locals were being nice...despite how confused she felt.
She went in and out of sleep in the glorious field of peaceful flowers. When Kieran woke up, not only was Sophie not starled...there was something that made Sophie feel nice about this one especially. The creature was majestic, pretty, and had flowers.
Sophie didn't understand it but it made her feel a bit at joy. Like the flowers.
Unafraid, Sophie looked at Kieran curiously. And before she knew it, she found herself petting his nose.
Maybe a small smile came out, "Hello."
no subject
His scent, light and freesia-sweet, might have intensified a few degrees in instinctive response to the hand on his nose; this, after all, seemed like a pretty clear sign this spirit wanted to be friends! He returned the gesture happily, in the typical Sawsbuck fashion: leaving that flowery smell on her with a few face-to-face nuzzles.

But she was still smiling at Kieran, it was like the confused amnesiac thing Sophie was left the building for a second, and then she became different. "My name is..."
What. What was. Her name. She paused for a bit. And there it is. That solemn look, as if she was straining to remember. Her smile was gone as she looked sad right at Kieran. Then...as if out of nowhere. A name popped up.
Sophie.
"Sophie"...where did that?
"...Sophie."
no subject
Well, not a problem! Kieran happened to be bilingual, after all. It was Kieran's turn to get a look of serious concentration, then... pop. Where once was deer, now was weird antler-headed guy.
"Sophie! A very pretty name for a very pretty spirit. Mine's Kieran." He knelt down in the grass next to her, a pleasant little smile on his face.

probably to head to the librarywhen he saw the numerous flowers in bloom, with a girl laying there. That was. Weird. Perhaps he should leave the girl alone...But he got curious. And curiosity always gets the better of him.
He decided to hold off on visiting the library as he crept up to where the girl was laying, and gave a poke at her hand with his toe.
"Hey... are you alive??"
no subject
"Why wouldn't I be? I was sleeping."

"Where can I find a bed? I like the flower bed but if you think I should sleep in a bed."
no subject
"Well I'm in no position to order you around, but there is a dormitory building for students to live in just over there." He turned to point at the building he had left to go to the library. And then he paused for a moment, a thought passing by his head.
"...Are you a student here?"
