/insert Silver's theme here.

Who: Lyra and Silver
What: Rival fight get.
Where: The stadium
When: July 15th not long after he's reclaimed Gengar so like... 2pmish?
Warnings: It's a pokemon battle. 8D

[Despite having agreed to a battle, Silver'd first gone to reclaim his Gengar from N. And then he'd come down to the stadium, making his way up into the stands to give some of his Pokemon a brush before battle.

Currently, Bree was commandeering the attentions of it while the teen mulled things over in his head but quickly dismissed them in turn. As strange as the school was, he was hear for one purpose - to get stronger. And he would, regardless of the strangeness and the fact that Lyra was like 12. And apparently had more than that stupid Maril.

Whatever. A battle was a battle.
] Heh, looking forward to the battle, girl?

[The Umbreon nodded, and Silver laughed. Of course she was - stupid question.] Good. We'll crush her.

Ummmbreee. [Silver grinned just a little then fished out his Sneasel so that he could groom the Pokemon as well, all the while keeping an eye on the entrance to the stadium.

If only so that he could deny being nice to his tools, of course.

[Lyra had been looking forward to this, for a lot of reasons. Battles against Silver always promised to be a good challenge, especially now that there was an element of unpredictability to them: both Feraligatr and Umbreon would be new additions to the team, from Lyra's point of view, so there was no predicting what sort of moves they'd be packing.

On the other hand, though... that meant Silver didn't know what to expect from her. In his world, she was apparently a very different person. She'd tried not to let the thought of a scaredy-cat self running from the Rockets get to her, but needless to say, she was eager to prove herself to Silver.

If Silver didn't want anyone to see him being nice to his team, he wouldn't have to worry: it was very easy to hear Lyra coming. Rui was out of its ball, stomping along noisily behind her. The two burst into the stadium with all the subtlety of a stampeding Tauros.]

Hey, Silver! You ready to go?
